Would you like to place your order faster and have more financial leverage to order products? Then request a credit directly from Solarclarity. With this credit from Solarclarity, you can order on account and have a payment period of 30 days after the order is invoiced.
How can I apply? You can do this very simply by sending an email to: email@example.com. The amount of the credit limit is partly determined by your financial results to date, so if you provide us with your annual figures, possibly supplemented with the interim results for the first 6 months of this year, we can increase your limit.

A credit allows you to order on account from Solarclarity and then you have 30 days to pay after the order is invoiced.
Please note: The total value of all orders placed and unpaid invoices must remain below your personal credit limit. If this limit is exceeded, Solarclarity may ask you to pay one or more (overdue)* invoices. That way, the order, as well as the remaining balance, stays within your credit limit and you are assured of on-time delivery.

* Payment must be received by 12:00 noon in order for the order to be processed on time. Please also note that the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address.

You can create multiple logins for your company. This means that several colleagues within your company can use the Solarclarity webshop with their own account. For each user you can indicate who is allowed to order and who is not.
You have a login which hangs under a main user. This means that a colleague manages the account. Check this with your colleagues. If you can't figure it out, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please bear in mind we need about one working day to process your registration. Sometimes certain details are not entered correctly (maybe your registration number or email address). Please contact us by mail and we will assist you.
At the moment it is not possible to change your own email address. If you send us an email we can change it for you: email@example.com. Preferably use the email address that you want to change from.
Our webshop offers you a unique insight into the available stock of our wholesale business. Up to 8 weeks ahead and always up to date. Our web shop shows exactly what our buyers and account managers can see themselves. For the most up-to-date information, you don't need to call, but you can look at our webshop.
Below we explain how this works:
The stock is "real time", every 5 minutes all orders and incoming products are added and subtracted to arrive at the number of products available.
The different numbers per date in the overview show what is available in total at that moment. You cannot therefore add up the numbers per line.
We look up to eight weeks ahead. The exact delivery date of incoming products after that time is too uncertain to give you a reliable picture. Because that is our big goal: clarity and insight for you as an installer.
This is not yet possible online. This will be added at a later stage.

Order the products you need by clicking on the order now button. Via the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner you can access an overview of the items you ordered. By clicking on the green order now button you will be guided through the ordering procedure.
If you want to make changes to an order after completing the ordering process, please contact our customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our web shop always shows up-to-date availability. We do not have next day delivery on all our products, we also carry order-only products. Do you need an order-only product, please contact our sales department on +31 (0)294 745 700 (menu choice 1).

If you want to know when an order will be delivered, look on the order confirmation.
Transport is free throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. We charge a handling fee for orders under €3000.- More info: Check the transport information page
Different orders on the same day for one location cannot be combined into one transport after ordering. Our logistics process is largely automated and the merging of orders requires a lot of manual research, which involves more time and costs than the merging of orders is saved.
If you want to save on transport costs for multiple orders, bundle your projects / orders in one order. More info: on the transport information page
At the top right of our webshop in the green bar you will find your shopping cart. By clicking on the arrow right of the cart, a screen opens in which you can create a new cart by means of the green button. If you have multiple carts, you will find them there.
Enter the name of the shopping cart and choose an icon that best suits your customer or project and save your shopping cart. Now it can be found among the other cart at the top right. From this moment on, all products will be added to your new shopping cart and you can use them until the end of the order.
Click on the three dots to the right of the cart to open it. Change the name or icon and click save.
In the green header (top right) you can click on the arrow beside your shopping cart to find the list with your shopping carts. The green surrounded cart is the active cart. Click on the desired cart to activate.
If you continue shopping, all products will be placed in this cart. By clicking on another cart you will activate it.
Click on the icon of your cart. The active cart opens. Click on the three dots on the right of the product you wish to move, to open this functionality.
Choose copy or move.
Then click on the desired cart where the product should go to. If the product already exists, you will be notified that the product in question already exists in a saved cart. This prevents you from ordering unwanted duplicate articles.
Click on the three dots to the right of the cart to open it. Change the name or icon and click save. Remove: click on remove. You can only remove carts that are de-activated. So before removing a cart, first de-activate it.
Carts will continue to exist until removed.
Save the items in your carts as projects.
Open your active shopping carts by clicking on the amount or icon in the top right corner of the green bar. Click on the "save as projects" button.
Give your projects a name or reference and click on save.
Projects remain until they are deleted. So you can fill active carts from your projects more often.

At Solarclarity we like to keep things simple, that is why you can use the following payment options in our web shop:
If you use the “Payment link” option you will receive a payment link. If we have not received payment within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
If you have any questions regarding your invoice please contact email@example.com. Please note we do not automatically return your payment!
If you have ordered products with different delivery dates, you pay per delivery made. If you want to avoid these extra costs, make sure the delivery date lies after the date of the last available product.
As you pay per delivery made, it may be beneficial to change your delivery date. The web shop indicates the first date that all products can be delivered at once.
