My Account

Click here > to create an account for access to our web shop. After creating an account you will be able to log in after about one working day (for The Netherlands it will take about 10 minutes before you can access our web shop).

Please bear in mind we need about one working day to process your registration. Sometimes certain details are not entered correctly (maybe your registration number or email address). Please contact us on +31 (0)294 745 700  and we will assist you.

At the moment it is not possible to change your own email address. If you send us an email we can change it for you: Preferably use the email address that you want to change from.

This is not yet possible online. This will be added at a later stage.

Unfortunately we do not support multiple emails on one account at present, we are continuously updating our web shop and hope to add this functionality at a future date.

To order

Order the products you need by clicking on the order now button. Via the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner you can access an overview of the items you ordered. By clicking on the green order now button you will be guided through the ordering procedure.

Our web shop always shows up-to-date availability. We do not have next day delivery on all our products, we also carry order-only products. Do you need an order-only product, please contact our sales department on +31 (0)294 745 700 (menu choice 1).

If you want to know when an order will be delivered, look on the order confirmation. 

Here you will find > an overview of our transport rates and additional services. Transport rates are automatically calculated on the amount of the sales order.

Carts and favorites

Create your cart. 

At the top right of our webshop in the green bar you will find your shopping cart. By clicking on the arrow right of the cart, a screen opens in which you can create a new cart by means of the green button. If you have multiple carts, you will find them there.

Enter the name of the shopping cart and choose an icon that best suits your customer or project and save your shopping cart. Now it can be found among the other cart at the top right. From this moment on, all products will be added to your new shopping cart and you can use them until the end of the order.

How can I change the name or icon of the cart? 

Click on the three dots to the right of the cart to open it. Change the name or icon and click save.  

Switching between carts

In the green header (top right) you can click on the arrow beside your shopping cart to find the list with your shopping carts. The green surrounded cart is the active cart. Click on the desired cart to activate. 

If you continue shopping, all products will be placed in this cart. By clicking on another cart you will activate it.

Move products in your active cart, copy to another cart

Click on the icon of your cart. The active cart opens. Click on the three dots on the right of the product you wish to move, to open this functionality.

Choose copy or move. 

Then click on the desired cart where the product should go to. If the product already exists, you will be notified that the product in question already exists in a saved cart. This prevents you from ordering unwanted duplicate articles. 

To remove the product click on the 'bin'.

Click on the three dots to the right of the cart to open it. Change the name or icon and click save.  Remove: click on remove. You can only remove carts that are de-activated. So before removing a cart, first de-activate it.
Carts will continue to exist until removed.

Save the items in your carts as favorite list. 

Favorites can be useful for lists of products you order more often. Open your active shopping carts by clicking on the amount or icon in the top right corner of the green bar. Click on the "save as favorites" button. 

Give your favorites a name or reference and click on save. 

Favorites remain until they are deleted. So you can fill active carts from your favorites more often.

At Solarclarity we like to keep things simple, that is why you can use the following payment options in our web shop:

If you use the “Payment link” option you will receive a payment link. If we have not received payment within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. 

If you have any questions regarding your invoice please contact Please note we do not automatically return your payment! 

If you have ordered products with different delivery dates, you pay per delivery made. If you want to avoid these extra costs, make sure the delivery date lies after the date of the last available product.  

As you pay per delivery made, it may be beneficial to change your delivery date. The web shop indicates the first date that all products can be delivered at once.

Calculations Tools

Solarclarity has a wide range of tooling available to help you design the best solar-energy system, click here for an overview of our tools >

Solar Monkey is a smart design and calculation tool that allows you to design a solar-energy system within minutes. It will also calculate the yield and allow you to place your order. This tool is not owned by Solarclarity and therefore we need to charge you for the use of this tool. The more you order at Solarclarity the lower the price to use the tool.

With one credit you can design one or more configurations for one location in the Smart Energy Design Tool (or SED Tool).
When using the quotation module, half a credit will be charged.

Other questions

When a business client invests in a PV-system with his own money, the money invested can no longer be used for his day-to-day business. With Financial Lease the business client keeps his money in his business. Instead of paying a lump sum, the lease is divided into installments.

For installers dealing with business clients who are considering investing in a PV system but who are not sure how to finance the system, Solarclarity has developed a calculation tool. Sometimes leasing is more efficient than buying. The tool will give you and your client an indication of the monthly lease costs. NOTE: Only available in the Netherlands

The Solarclarity API (Application Programming Interface) allows you to make a direct link with your own software. You have a direct connection to our ERP system via these web services. All data is integrated with each other through automatic data validation. This means you have less chance of errors and you save time. More information about the Solarclarity API info >

With Bliq you have real-time insight into the energy consumption of your home, but of course also into the generation of your solar panels.
